This book has useful information for dietitians working with folks with eating disorders & has been helpful in increasing my confidence in working with people with eating disorders, however I cannot give it 5 stars due to the use of stigmatizing language as well as weight-centric ideas about body weight & health that are harmful (i.e. weight loss should NOT be recommended to folks in eating disorder recovery regardless of their body weight).(If it needs to be said this book is not weight-inclusive or HAES(R) aligned. Maybe in the next edition?)
